Today we had a service call to replace sliding glass door rollers. Our technician, Ron, was absolutely the nicest and most pleasant repair person we have had in our home in a long time....he knew his job and went to work immediately. He had to go back to the shop to pick up another roller and he stopped by on his way home and installed it so we could have everything completed. Ron is an asset to this company and we need more repair technicians like him. Will call him again if needed for other glass work.
